9:45 A.M. - Sunday School: classes and discussion groups for children, youth, and adults.

10 A.M. - Holes for the Souls: an informal gathering for coffee and donuts in the Narthex (entryway) of the sanctuary. A good time to meet people and visit!

11:00 A.M. - Worship:  during the course of a month, the worship service at Quapaw Quarter is likely to run the full spectrum from high church with organ, choir and communion, to down-home gospel singing with The Circle, to worship framed by contemporary / folk / alternative music from a variety of friends and guests. But regardless of the style, it is authentic, interesting, and open to everyone. All are welcome!

Musical Performers:

Sanctuary Choir: Open to anyone who can carry a tune and enjoys choral singing. This group rehearses most Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:15 in the choir room. Ability to read music is helpful but not required. The choir generally sings in worship two Sundays a month. Repertoire ranges from easy arrangements of hymns and anthems to occasional full-blown choral undertakings. For more info: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Circle: Open to anyone with a love for music, QQ's resident gospel group breathes new life into old-time favorites. Under the direction of Samm Edelman-Richard, The Circle sings in worship about once every two months. Practice is on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 in the sanctuary, but not necessarily every Wednesday. Q3: A group of three musicians who focus on acoustically driven folk and contemporary selections with tight harmony. But they are not an exclusive group and frequently become Q4, Q5 and even Q6 as need or desire dictates. For more info: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Quarter Notes: Not your average praise band! While this group is no stranger to contemporary Christian music, they are more likely to revisit secular songs from our culture that have a message to share that fits with the theme of the day. For more info:

Special Musical Guests: Worship services are rarely the same two weeks in a row, thanks in part to a wide range of special guests who share their musical talents on Sunday mornings: Steven Young and friends, the UALR Wesley Foundation Drum Circle, violinist Meredith Maddox, musician and worship leader Wil Rhodes, soprano Dani Trissolini, Broadway performer Chad Bradford, occasional performers from The Rep and The Weekend Theater -- you never know who might turn up! Maybe you! For more info: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
