The church’s location in Little Rock’s South Main/Quapaw Quarter/Governor's Mansion district is ideal for outreach programs to the area’s poor and homeless for which Quapaw Quarter UMC is known throughout the city. These programs include:

COMMUNITY BREAKFAST A healthy balanced breakfast served to roughly 150 guests every Sunday morning at 9 a.m.

STONE SOUP A healthy warm meal served every Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. to 120-140 guests.

THE FOOD PANTRY A mission that passes out groceries twice a month to 10,000 people a year. It also offers clothing, toiletries and backpacks. This service is available on the first and third Tuesdays of every month except August, from 1:00-3:00 p.m.

PET FOOD MINISTRY An offshoot of the Food Pantry, it passes out bags of cat and dog food to 60 clients a month on the third Tuesday of every month from 1:00-3:00 p.m.

HeARTwork The arts mission of the church. QQUMC’s large, window-lined rooms on various floors throughout the building are ideal for this mission, which offers outreach-minded artists studios at reduced rent in exchange for their own art-related mission projects.
